Victoria Lane Designs is a home décor and giftware franchise based in East Haddam, Connecticut. Their specialty is turning 18th and 19th century art masterpieces into functional home accessories and unique gifts.

While the company has several stores, they felt their markets to be too limited. That’s why, when they decided to take their “Animals In Art” line of distinctive giftware online, they turned to Vertical APS.

Of course, perhaps most important, customers can order merchandise right from the site through completely secure credit card transactions.

With Microsoft Point of Sale we’re enabling their physical locations to update their inventory tracking procedures to the 21st century, and giving them the tools to track sales and access real-time reports. All this is being accomplished using the company’s existing hardware.

We’re also keeping Victoria Lane stores connected to one another with Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology, which supplies their voice (local and long distance calling, calling features, etc.) and data (high-speed Internet) service.
